Hacer un pago único en línea xfinity

Nota: los pagos con tarjeta de crédito y las deducciones de cuentas corrientes pueden tomar hasta todo un día hábil para procesarse y registrarse en tu cuenta. If you want to get ahead of your bill, you can always pay more than the amount due, and the extra amount paid will go towards your next bill. Please note that if you make two payments of the same amount on the same day, you will need to use two different payment methods to ensure that the second payment is not rejected as a duplicate.

Para configurar un pago único en línea:

1. Ingresar a Mi cuenta.
2. Haz clic en Hacer un pago. Esto también se puede hacer bajo la pestaña Facturación.
   
3. Selecciona Saldo actual o Pagar otra cantidad. Luego, selecciona una fecha de pago en el calendario (si es aplicable).
   
4. Selecciona un método de pago guardado (si corresponde) o ingresa un nuevo número de cuenta bancaria o de tarjeta de crédito o de débito, y haz clic en Continuar.
   
   • If you choose to input a new payment method, you can save the payment method for future use by checking the box to Store this payment method for future purchases and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Stored Payment Methods.
     
   • If you wish to make two payments of the same amount on the same day, you will need to use two different payment methods to ensure that the second payment is not rejected as a duplicate payment.
5. La pantalla Revisa tu pago aparecerá. Haz clic en Enviar pago, para completar el proceso.
   
   • Note: If you have this payment method stored in your account, you’ll have the option to enroll in automatic bill payments by checking the box stating Turn on automatic payments using [the displayed payment method] and I agree to the Terms & Conditions.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation message that your payment has been submitted. Puedes imprimir y descargar los detalles de tu pago para tus registros, a fin de guardar tus números de confirmación y de autorización.
   • Note: Keep in mind that credit/debit card payments and checking account deductions can take up to a full business day to process and post to your account.

Setting Up a Payment Arrangement Online

If you need more time to pay your bill and you’re eligible to do so, you’ll see a banner on the Billing page of My Account that lets you know the latest date you can pay by.

When you click Make a Payment, select Past due balance (you must pay in full), and then choose the date that works for you.
